Legal and Corporate
- Providing advice regarding the construction of the appropriate corporate and organizational structures for the implementation of the project insuring that the structure is robust providing the necessary confidentiality whilst being compliant with local legislation in the area of ownership and the project’ assets
- Choosing the correct jurisdiction(s) for the ICO / STO / IEO program with due consideration to the specifics of each project (on the basis of given project parameters, type of the issued instrument, possible requirements as to the founder’s identity and expertise, insight analysis of legal, tax and commercial risks)
- Acting as an intermediary with our global network of Financial Services Providers assisting with the completion of all necessary corporate, accounting and “Know Your Client" documentation
